Customer Sucess Lead

🪄 Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Lead, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Onboarding & Training: Design and implement effective onboarding processes to facilitate new customers’ rapid and effective engagement with our platform.
  • Customer Retention: Actively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs, solve their problems, and transform them into brand advocates.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to realize these strategies.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Liaise with the product team to funnel customer feedback into the development cycle, ensuring that the product continually evolves to meet customer needs.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for high-value customers to understand and cater to their specific long-term needs.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the go-to person for customer issues, ensuring that their queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Monitor customer engagement metrics, create regular reports for the leadership team, and continuously refine customer success strategies based on data-driven insights.

🔎 Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn and perform quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swiss German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consultancy) and customer-facing role.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or both, particularly serving SMEs
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
